Hmmm...I think Luffy has greater "wisdom" so to lớn speak? but in terms of logic/book smarts they're both incredibly stupid. Maybe slight edge to lớn Goku in the logical thinking since he can at least bởi vì farm work? I'd say Luffy's big advantage is observation haki/future sight since he will be able to lớn see Goku's next moves. The question is will he even be able to use that information to make a better play? I guess I would give Luffy the slight advantage.
In R2 I don't think either can successfully cheat the other unnoticed. Luffy is massively slower than Goku so I'm not sure what shenanigans he can pull that would go unnoticed. Goku has instant transmission và could blitz Luffy but I imagine future sight will at least allow Luffy to know Goku cheated even if he couldn't literally catch it In the act.
Bonus is a 5/10 considering candy land is a game of complete luck.

I think Luffy takes this one as just person who likes to vì things in straight forward way without thought, Goku on the other hand strikes me as just dumb person, he even asked Vegeta about sex education in Super IIRC fuckton of time after having a few kids already.

This one is tough, however goku can read minds as well as predict his opponents moves in combat so that might translate other than that it just comes down to lớn luck, either one will win and be just as shocked as the other person.

I’m inclined to say Goku as he is an ascended battle strategist, but Luffy is probably consistently smarter?? Ofc this depends on which Goku, Z Goku wins chess for sure, Super Goku is clinically retarded.

Luffy is better in strategically because he actually formulates new strategies so he can beat his opponents. Goku just uses brute force and his physical abilities. Chess isn’t just about intelligence, but is also about strategy and awareness.

I don’t know enough about Luffy khổng lồ compare the two, but Goku is absolutely not all about brute force. He’s a fighting savant, và that includes battle strategy. Some examples off the đứng top of my head:
Making Tenshinhan think he was going lớn use a Kamehameha as an attack, but instead using it as propulsion for a surprise strike.
Outsmarting Frieza into cutting himself in half with his own energy discs first by projecting this intention to vì so all while predicting và countering Frieza’s attempt to lớn dodge.
